Definitely worth a try (there is a free version) -
but you can even make suggestions to improve the features of this program.

Has anyone already tested chessmonitor for this purpose ?

You got me very happy and excited for a moment there. But, unfortunately when you look at it closer, it seems to be performance based again, collecting all games played and rating the performance ELO's with opponents ELO's. Unless I am missing something when looking at the Website?
