The Chessboard is still in good working condition and it works fine with other modules also a working MMIV module. The defective MMIV module makes the same Problem in other boards. It is like the figures are on the wrong position and the program dont get the right information about the position. Sometimes it is getting lovely signs in the display after reset. Thats why i think that the Ram is wrong. Take a look:
