Defektes MMIV Modul Bretterkennung falsch
 

Hallo,

ich habe hier ein MMIV Modul das startet, aber bei der Figurenerkennung scheitert. Nach dem Start: Play erscheint im Display und A1 und A2 blinken. Man kann dann die Figuren kurz anheben und dann wechselt es auf B3 C4 und so weiter.
Der 65C02 und auch das ROM wurden quergetauscht. Sowohl das ROM als auch der 65C02 laufen in einem anderen Modul.
Leider finde ich für das MMIV Modul keine Service Anleitung. Durch die Beschreibung des PC Moduls könnte man annehmen das der RAM Baustein TC5565APL-12L, auf manchen Modulen ist auch D4364C-15L verbaut worden, defekt ist. Ich wüsste nicht welche Bausteine auf dem PCB sonst noch für die Steuerung des Boards zuständig sind.

Hat jemand Anregungen?

Hi,

The behavior of the diodes on the chessboard (if I understood correctly) is perhaps due to bad contacts.
Either the connector of the module or the wiring on the chessboard.
It is also possible that one of the drivers on the chessboard is defective.
Then, you have to check the power supply.
At the output of the HG5001, then the output of the voltage regulator.
If you can't test the RAM (with arduino or other), change the capacitors (especially electrochemical).

The Chessboard is still in good working condition and it works fine with other modules also a working MMIV module. The defective MMIV module makes the same Problem in other boards. It is like the figures are on the wrong position and the program dont get the right information about the position. Sometimes it is getting lovely signs in the display after reset. Hallo,

ich habe den Fehler beheben könen. Meine Vermutung war richtig. Ich habe das CMOS Ram ausgewechselt und nun läuft es wieder. Dabei habe ich gleich ein DIP Sockel eingelötet falls es das nicht gewesen wäre kann ich mir das auslöten sparen.
Bei meiner Recherche sind mir folgende verbaute RAM aufgefallen die in den MM IV und MMV eingesetzt wurden:
Hynix HY62CT081ED70C
Toshiba TC5565APL-12L (das war der defekte)
NEC D4364C-15L
Sony CXK5864ps-15L
Intel P5164SL-10
