No, keep the rom files genuine. People will not only use them to play on the emulator, but also to repair or upgrade their own chesscomputers and would not want hacked roms.

LOL, no I don't live in Wien, I'm from Gmunden (in the Salzkammergut), but I doubt that you'll know this city.
I think such a 'personalized' version would be a bit too much - OTOH maybe changing 'Vancouver' in the 'Berlin' (prototype) version would be a better idea.
