I set the Arena 'Move per Second' setting higher than the chess computers responce time and have just enjoyed watching a couple of games between the Mephisto Modena v Fidelity
Playmatic during my lunch time.

So your suggestion was correct Franz so many thanks for that.

Hartmut, I will add a comment on the Chess.com forum and thanks for replying (I had already read that post whilst looking for an answer).
