Hello Chess Fans and Happy New Year!!!

Round 4 of 14 total is complete, and we now have a new leader. In a crucial
head-to-head match, the Berlin Pro wrestled the lead from the Star Diamond in an Open Ruy. The Berlin Pro cracked open the SD's kingside in an interesting way but had to outplay the SD on all parts of the board before bringing home the win. The Polgar picked up its 1st win of the match against the GK 2000, and the Lyon played out a nice endgame in beating the Emerald. Rounding things out were the Atlanta and Sapphire, potential contenders who could only manage a draw. The Atlanta had a strong position I believe but never managed to convert it.
