Lars hast du mal die Idee Bear Chess für Android zu schreiben?Aber dann lassen sich die EMU´s ja immer noch nicht installieren.......??Ich bin auch mit meinem Millennium Brett und Chessnut Pro Brett sehr zufrieden alle Retro´s sind über Bear Chess wunderbar spielbar...nochmal vielen Dank!

das lohnt sich für mich nicht. Es gibt schon einige sehr gute Android-Apps und wie du schon sagts, die Emus lassen sich darüber ja auch nicht spielen.
Ggf. schreib ich eine kleine App um das Brett einbinden zu können, aber die Möglichkeiten sind dann auch bisher noch ziemlich beschränkt, z.B. was die Ansteuerung der LEDs betrifft.

Was ich mal ausprobieren möchte, ist eine kleine App zu schreiben, was nur das Schachbrett von BearChess darstellt und den Rest erledigt dann das Chessvision-System. Also ähnlich wie es Dirk gemacht hat, aber eben nicht mühselig als erweiterten Bildschirm.

My driver works with the Evo now but, as Lars says, it requires an app to run on the Evo that opens up the connection. Chessnut sent me a very basic version of the app so that I could try out the connection and find any faults, but overall it works fine.

It doesn't yet show anything on the Evo screen but I'm in touch with Chessnut to try and find out when they will complete this. There are different ways they could do this, though, like trying to see what is on the GUI screen, or my driver saying what position/moves to show, or them reading the position/moves from those made on the Evo. So it might take a while but it is on the way!
