I checked out your rom dump. It's the 4MHz version of Amsterdam.

Where did the numbers 133, 134 come from? Were these labels on the backside of the chips maybe? Or on the PCB?
*edit* ah I see them on the PCB next to the chips.

*edit2* Oh, reason I was confused is because there are 2 different sets of eproms in the photos.
The 12.11.85 version, did you dump those too?
And if this is the one that's not working: I suspect they're in the wrong sockets (swap them)

I need a modified M module.

To make an M module you can try removing the 6 EPROMs from your A0 module.
To get the old M module working you need to cut the power to the 3 ROMs (pin 24).
Either of these should then work together with the small P module.
