Hello dear chess computer friends,

I try to maybe balance some disappointment shared here with regards to providing early reports and information in advance. I am not an owner of the Mephisto Phoenix (nice coupled names, by the way ) and will probably not be in any short term. I still have much to play with the chess computers I already own, and my wife would most probably not welcome another big one (I will unpack a nice Constellation Expert tomorrow evening).

But I much enjoyed being part (as a spectator) of the journey and discovering along the nice features and pics that came in advance. I am as well one candid guys who is actually really happy reading each and every message confirming one of you had his package delivered, not to forget the early pictures and videos shared.
That is just sharing joy from all of you. That is why it is nice to belong to such a community.

Hallo zusammen,

gestern Abend erhielt ich durch UPS eine Versandbestätigung und mir wurde für die Zustellung ein Zeitkorridor zwischen 11:30 Uhr und 14:30 Uhr genannt.

Heute exakt um 14:32 Uhr ist der Phoenix mit T 55 Brett dann sicher bei mir gelandet. Meine Anerkennung gilt UPS für die sehr schnelle Zustellung. Bei einem kurzen Blick in den UPS-Zustellwagen fiel mir auf, dass dort fast gähnende Leere herrschte. Augenscheinlich war ich einer der letzten Kunden auf der heutigen UPS-Tour.

Ausgepackt und in aller Ruhe getestet wird erst morgen, da ich heute noch einiges an Weihnachtsvorbereitungen zu erledigen habe. Auf jeden Fall freue ich mich sehr, dass Millennium sein Versprechen eingehalten und es mit einer Lieferung noch vor Weihnachten geklappt hat.

Enjoy your Constellation Expert!
Recently I have found your website. Being more a player than a collector it provided me many interesting insights regarding the playing style of the devices especially from the fist decade of chess computers and comparing them with human players.

I'm looking forward to see further details of the Constellation Expert like you did for the Chess Master Diamond.
