I used CARA to run a bulk analysis over the 50 games (using Stockfish 17, 5secs/move, 2 threads); here are the main outcomes:

Error Patterns
Mephisto Explorer Pro:
-Frequent blunders in endgame (77.6% of blunders, 26 games)
-Struggles to convert winning positions (13 games)
Scorpio 68000 sel.4:
-Frequent blunders in endgame (81.8% of blunders, 22 games)

Much from the above data fits Kurt's comments. Funny enough, overall the Scorpio played stronger but ended losing the match; main reason looks to lie in the opening management (big book doesn't fit well enough?).
