the last match from group 3 swiss tournament is complete. It sets the mighty Vonset / Femuey L6-v2 against the strong Saitek Turbo King II.
Well, I wouldn't have thought I would ever see the Turbo King receive such a spank from another chess computer. That was the first game, it was the Black player. The L6 playing White pieces puts such a pressure onto the opponent King corner, the Turbo King never could grasp a breathing.
The only weakness the Vonset let appear, during this first game and still more in the second one, is an inclination to procrastinate the win. Instead of going for the kill in a straightforward manner, it manages to increase its material advantage and bothers to defend not anymore useful chessmen.
