Maia2-UCI

Hi,
this is about Dirk's pretty interesting announcement of his Maia2-UCI works, and sharing of a Windows executable.
At first try, I got this error:

[PYI-17832:ERROR] Failed to load Python DLL 'C:\Eric\Programmes\Arena 3\Engines\Maia2-UCI\_internal\python313.dll'.

Easy workaround, I created the subdirectory _internal, then downloaded the dll file inside.
Second try went slightly further, but still triggered an error:

[PYI-18524:ERROR] Failed to start embedded python interpreter!
Fatal Python error: Failed to import encodings module
Python runtime state: core initialized
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'encodings'

Current thread 0x00004264 (most recent call first):
