Unrelated: I don't know if you copied this driver yet: Berger dumped a Novag Supremo recently. But unfortunately the CPU emulation is unfinished so it does not work.

CPU is a HD6303. It's a similar CPU as HD6301(some chesscomputer have this). For HD6301 I don't think there is a known method to dump the internal ROM. HD6303 ROM chip is external.
