do the Fidelity Elite Avantgarde V2-V11 really have a cartslot?

At least the opening book modules CB9 and CB16 (which are listed in their software list) don't work with these devices - if you select one of these modules, then the only 1st white move is h2h4!?
(Also in the Wiki these EAG V2-V11 are not listed as candidates for CB9/CB16)

I've now removed this line
SOFTWARE_LIST(config, "cart_list").set_original("fidel_scc");
in the driver 'fidel_eag68k.cpp', so that these book modules don't appear for these EAG V2-V11, but if they don't have a cartslot at all, I guess some more code in this driver could/should be removed.
