Hi Steve,

That seems to be one of the few missing features of Lichess: operators and kibitzers cannot see each others communication.
On iSchach this is possible, but that is a less stable site.

Edit: correction: the operators can communicate with the kibitzers, but kibitzers cannot see communication between operators either...
