Normally a keycode should be used to ensure that no illegal bluetooth connection is made. For the Revelation systems the code is 1234, only four characters. If this is not accepted just try to enter an empty main-key.
It seems to me that there is special software included with your bluetooth which is causing the problem.
If you have another pc like a laptop you better try it now from another system...
