Regarding Chessmachine Gideon 3.1 Madrid as far as I know everyone here has always played normal setting so trying it out at aggressive setting would certainly be a good experiment and your first results against King 2.5 seems to be very positive.

Well Nick, i was early up because a little person woke me and said MM V MM V MMV in mine ear
I asked Ed yesterday about this setting, and he told me: yes it play more pressing like The King style
But it can overlook some tatical moves, so this aggresive style is more of taking fields off from opponents pieces, so it can,t move as i can discribe it
So as i gonna play the usertournament it can happen that mine CM 3.1 plays other openings then the commerciele ones,because i don,t have standard book on it,Cock told me the have found a way in that time to put 2 books together and come on 128.000 moves into the book(MEPHISTO)
The real WC book CM Madrid 3.1 is on this PC wich i did get from Cock
Also there is a AEGON book on it wich is put in the Montreux recording to Cock
