1. d4 d5 2. c4 Nc6 {The Tjigorin Defense. Always a
surprise, and sometimes you just can't recall the 'refutation' of it.....} 3.
cxd5 (3. Nc3 dxc4 4. Nf3 Nf6 5. e4 Bg4 6. Be3 e6) 3... Qxd5 4. Nf3 Nf6 5. Nc3
Qa5 6. e3 (6. Qd3 $2 Bf5) (6. Qc2 $2 Bf5) (6. Bd2 {Better then my move !} Bg4
7. e4 $14) 6... e5 7. dxe5 (7. Bd3 e4 $19) (7. d5 Nb4 8. Nxe5 Nbxd5 $16) 7...
Nxe5 {Till here the openingsdatabase of Fritz} 8. Nxe5 {
Here I played an move out of Fritz Book} (8. Bb5+ Ned7 9. Qb3 Bb4 10. Bd2 O-O
$11 {What Fritz has stored in his openingdatabase.}) 8... Qxe5 9. Be2 Bd6 10.
Qd4 O-O 11. Qxe5 Bxe5 12. Bd2 Bf5 {
black has made 4 developping moves, and white too , though with a modest e3.}
13. Bf3 Bg4 {Thats what computers like, simplify the game, playing with less
pieces.... to calculate in larger depth ?} (13... c6 $15) 14. Bxg4 Nxg4 15. h3
Nf6 16. Ke2 {The king is a piece in the endgame !} Rad8 17. Rhd1 Rfe8 18. Be1
c6 19. Rxd8 Rxd8 20. Rd1 Rxd1 21. Nxd1 $11 Bd6 22. Nc3 Kf8 23. Kd3 {King moving
towards the black pieces.pawns, Knight d5 is no longer an option for black.....
.} Ke7 24. Ne4 Nxe4 25. Kxe4 {
Whites King is better placed, as it controls e5 and f5} Ke6 26. g4 {Against f5}
Be5 27. b3 c5 28. f4 Bb2 29. f5+ {Opens the h2-b8 diagonal for Whites Bishop}
Kd6 30. Bg3+ Kc6 31. Be5 {
Going into a pawn endgame, not computers favorite endgame.} Bxe5 {
Conny has no other options} 32. Kxe5 c4 {
Courageous move, though its a pawn sacrifice.} 33. bxc4 Kc5 34. f6 {This looked
to me the absolute winning move, but then afterwards I realised that we could
end up in a Zugzwang situation where I have to play my King first....} (34. h4
$18 Kc6 35. e4 b6 36. Kd4) 34... g6 35. g5 $1 $16 Kxc4 $4 {Beyond the horizon..
. anyhow the game is lost, but this makes it a lot easier for me.....} (35...
b6 {Was the move I feared the most...} 36. e4 a6 37. a4 Kc6 38. Kd4 $18 {
White is a pawn up in pawn endgame... black wil not survive this.......}) (
35... a6 36. e4 a5 37. a4 b6 38. h4 {And here is black in Zugzwang... you have
to know what you are doing... the slightest error is fatal here...}) 36. Kd6
Kd3 37. Ke7 b5 38. Kxf7 Kxe3 39. Ke6 1-0

The game arrived in an interresting Pawn Ending ... Whose Chesscomputer would play 35 ... Kxc4 ?? as Conny did on Tournament Level (or 3 Minute/move) and who something else ???

So the private tournament score so far (one game with each color) :
-------------------------------------------------
Conny Level 4 - Stefan Timmermans 0 - 2
Conny Level 6 - Stefan Timmermans 1 - 1
Conny Level 7 - Stefan Timmermans 0 - 1
-------------------------------------------------

I still have one game to GO with Black to close this REENCOUNTER MATCH against my Conny.

I didn't thought I would end up with a score of 4 on 5 upfront to be honest.
In the eighties and begin nineties, when my rating was ranging from 1720 till 1840, I had much more problems to control the match
and was far less experienced. Now my rating in Belgium is 1899 (the one before 1941) after > 300 rated games and my play is much more mature. I hope I can demonstrate this against Fritz 1 & Mephisto Chess Explorer, surely better opponents. Then I can finalise this match completely. My plans are to have a table in the end, with Conny (Level 7, 40moves/120min) , Fritz 1, Mephisto Chess Explorer and myself, 2games against each other.

Up till now played games:

Conny 2Mhz
----------------------------------------
Conny Stufe 4 vs Stefan 0 - 2
Conny Stufe 6 vs Stefan 1 - 1
Conny Stufe 6 vs Fritz 1 0,5 - 1,5
Conny Stufe 7 vs Stefan 0 - 1

Fritz 1
---------------------------------------
Fritz 1 vs Conny Stufe 6 1,5 - 0,5
Fritz 1 Mephisto Expl 0 - 1

Mephisto Chess Explorer
--------------------------------------
Mephisto Expl - Fritz 1 0 - 1
