I didn't see anything in the manual about active/passive moves.
Are you thinking of a “best move/random” button?
The opening library contains no information other than the order number in the move generation (therefore specific to a programme).
However, if I understand the code correctly, the ‘best move’ option gives a 3/4 chance and the “random” option a 1/2 chance of selecting a move.
Thus, with a preference order when creating the library, the first opening lines, for the same depth and with the ‘best move’ option enabled, will be favoured (to be verified).
