I wouldn't want to be in your shoes. I mean... I would love to have a big house with a garage!
But not with a reorganisation project of this magnitude pending, because it's not easy. It requires time and a lot of motivation.

You'll have to wait for the right moment, because doing it without motivation, out of obligation, is not a good idea!
