Debates are fun, but let me tell you my experience. In the 8-game match I played with TCA II vs the Millennium King Performance (same software and hardware as the King Element), the TCA II won 6.5-1.5, including some absolutely crushing games. Of course, 8 games is a small sample size, but I played 40 games in total, including matches against such strong opponents as the TASC R40 The King 2.50, the Vonset L6, and the DGT Centaur, and I computed an Elo for the TCA II of 2735 (I used the Active CElo numbers from the Wiki Elo list on this site for the TASC and MKP). I hope others can add even more games to make the Elo even more concrete.

This was 30 secs/move. It's very possible results would be different at longer or shorter time controls.
