So immer erschließt sich mir noch nicht ganz was man mit einem so starken
Schachcomputer will der keine Infos anzeigt außer Score in der Bereitschaft
Und der maximal 90 Sekunden rechnet.
Selbst die schachcomputer der 1. Generation zeigen erwogenen Zug
oder Rechentiefe an. Während der Rechenphase. Nicht im Bereitschaftsmodus.
Probably a good question for the manufacturer. I suppose it's a good question to ask why dedicated computers are even being produced at all, being that 90%+ of chess players probably use programs on their phones or laptops, and even if they want a physical board, most likely prefer to use e-Boards so they can play against others on Chess.com or Lichess, or play against a wide variety of AI engines. I suppose the manufacturer feels there is still a small niche for these products, but likely decided to save costs by not including a lot of the frills we're accustomed to seeing in these things. I have a theory that all the new chess computers we're seeing from China is a result of the renewed national interest in chess there, since we're seeing so many strong players from there. They're sort of the new "Russia" of chess.
