I have version 1.90 of Droidfish on my EVO with the 3,4, and 5 piece tablebases located in: /system/sdcard/DroidFish/syzygy/345. All the tablebase files are under this single 345 folder. In Drodifish, I have the tablebase path set to /storage/emulated/0/DroidFish/syzygy/345

This is working for me.
