I agree, PGN Master is an excellent tool. I think the Evo's built in analysis tool is good for casual use to get a quick analysis when playing a game, but for more in depth analysis then tools like PGN Master are essential and make full use of the Evo's processing power.
I think Chessnut's focus with the Evo is for quick responses from the machine so that impatient people don't get frustrated waiting for a response. However, this means the built in software is currently less suitable for in depth analysis. Thankfully, installing 3rd party applications makes it a more flexible system catering for a wider audience.
