You can reinforce the conductive tracks with electrically conductive paint, but be careful not to use alcohol, as the tracks will be dissolve instantly and needed to be completely redone.
After that, as Andreas said, check all (cold) solder joints.
The worst-case scenario is the failure of the microcontroller's input/output port, which probably has no solution.
