Es ist wohl auch gut, wenn man längere Partien spielt, oder Analysiert, mit Netzteil zu arbeiten. Da sich der Computer sonst nach 10 minuten? mit einem lautem Ton in den Standbymodus verabschiedet.
If I remember correctly the original Millennium CG would power off when in analysis mode even when using the power supply. The CGPro is different and does not turn off with a power supply (even with ECO mode on) but has another issue that the back light does not automatically turn off when using batteries, but here the original CG gets it right and does turn off the back light after a small delay! Maybe they now have power saving correct on the CGPro2024?
In summary, here is what I think is the correct behavior:
On batteries the back light automatically turns off after a small delay.
On batteries the unit will turn off after a period of no activity, even in analysis mode/slow games.
On power supply the unit will not power off when in analysis mode/slow games.
On power supply maybe the back light stays on as per the older CGPro?
