Yes this is correct. It's described on page 11 of the manual for turning Analysis mode on and off from the main menu. I don't know about the CGPro2024 but as appears to be the same program as in the Millenium CG Exclusive then should have it.

Unfortunately, in analysis mode he doesn't play the move, but just keeps calculating. I like to solve mate problems on the regular levels, that's not possible, I can't look at the display for hours.
