This issue could be part of latest manufacturing process.

I did examine it from the back. The gaps between the surface and the back plastic are visible. Little bit of non corrosive glue from behind can fix the flex problem.

Once the warranty is finished I will use Dirk's image and have lots of fun. Already got myself a Pi Zero2W.
