Thank you very much for your order. We wanted to inform you that based on your choices in the survey and your order sequence, your order has been scheduled for the second batch of shipments.
You may have selected the first batch of EVO in the survey, but due to limitations in the first batch quantity and shipping constraints, we might not be able to fulfill all Backers' requests. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
According to our current schedule, we are set to complete the production of the second batch of EVO by the end of October. While ensuring quality, we will do our utmost to expedite the shipment, aiming to deliver your package to you as soon as possible.As mentioned earlier, for users in the US/EU/CA/AU regions who have not purchased faster shipping, the products will be sent to local warehouses via sea freight and then delivered to you through local courier services. Due to the longer and less predictable sea freight times (which also means lower shipping costs), it's estimated to take 50-70 days from the product dispatch to reach you. We understand that some backers hope to receive their EVOs before Christmas, so we suggest these users consider upgrading to faster shipping to receive expedited delivery directly from China, providing a better chance of receiving the product before Christmas. We apologize as even with expedited shipping, there may be regions where it takes a considerable amount of time for delivery. Thus, we cannot guarantee delivery times 100%, but we will strive to complete production as early as possible and ship your product according to the shipping method you choose. Please choose the shipping method that suits your needs.
Additionally, we apologize for any lack of clarity regarding the exact shipment date and delays in our response emails. The production and shipping of a brand-new product present various unexpected challenges and difficulties.
