Hat sich schon mal jemand mit den Einstellungen beim Tiger Grenadier beschäftigt ??

Stil:
Angriff 17%
Bewegung 33%

Berechnung:
Fesselungen 30%
König schützen 20%
König angreifen 24%
Bauern 0%
Turm auf offene Linien 20%
Breite 0%
Erweiterungen 25%

Das sind ja doch einige Parameter die man da verstellen kann.

Ich hoffe das die obigen Werte die default-Werte sind und ich da nicht irgendeine doofe Einstellung drin habe. Was habt ihr ?!

Schon einmal jemand damit experimentiert ?!

Hi Thorsten,

I can confirm these are the default/normal values (as per the user manual I do own).
I did experiment, and tuned two parameters to my better taste:
- king safety (shield), increased from 20 to 25%
- pawns, increased from 0 to 2%
Beware small changes can have a large impact on the played moves - I think the evaluation drives the whole tree search (maybe thru moves pre-ordering, selectivity...). My policy was to safely keep the atypic playing style, with only marginal changes to the default setting. My changed values aimed only at avoiding some encountered blunders... Funny enough, I just completed today the so-called Khmelnitsky test with the Grenadier (using default setting). I still need a couple of days to update my webpage with the results and all comparison graphs; but I can already share the basic skills profile (and result: it achieved 1541 as "Elo" score)

in addition to the above post, I upload here the image as an attachment (I have been made aware some browsers prevent getting the http image from the https forum page... thanks for the heads up).
