Fidelity Designer 2265

Hallo an alle!

I had bought the subject and found two stranges: 1) the sounds are very quiet, much more than of other computers I have (Milano, Modena, TuKi, RS2250) - is it normal level of volume for this model?; 2) when I want to get an Alternate Move during opening phase and try to follow the manual after I press the described sequence of keys computer just freeze, doesnt react to any pushing and only switch off works in this situation - is it an original bug in it or something is wrong?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, IIRC my Designers (and some other Fidelitys) are very quiet too.

To your other problem i can't contribute anything as i never tried this function...

Robert

Hello,

I got a Designer 2265 one week ago and also experienced freezing two times already. Both times the 2265 was waiting while I was setting up the opponent computer, so far it did not freeze during a game, and I have been playing it for 6 hours. Maybe the problem is with the power supply, I use a 7.5V adapter instead of 8.5V.

Regards
