Hi all!

Just wanted to present me on this nice forum and webpage:

My name is Lars Sandin and I live in Sundsvall - Sweden; age 32. Have had chess as a interest since I first played as 4 years old. Recieved my first chesscomputer CXG Advanced Portachess (which still functions well btw! :)) some christmas very long time ago. Bought the CXG Super Enterprise and went on to become a member of the swedish association SSDF in year 1990 (same year as I bought a Novag Super Expert C). Have since then testplayed for SSDF, both manually and automatically with all kinds of computers.

For the moment I testplay with two Athlon 1200-machines (automatically) and also some manual meetings. The latest years I have manually testplayed with the London 68030, Star Sapphire, ChessGenius 1.4 SX1 and the Palm Hiarcs 9.6 Tungsten E in order for them to have enough games to appear in the SSDF-list. Are now testplaying with Ruud Martin´s strong machine - Resurrection Fruit´05 to have it featured in the list.

Tip: You should change asap the opponent for the Resurrection Fruit. Poor RISC :o

Hi Lars,

nice to have a member of the well-known SSDF here. Hope you will go on with the testing of the old chess computers and maybe it's possible to integrate your former matches for SSDF to the pure chess computer list Micha has created. We need a new tournament list of course:D and Micha himself gives the best with his 4.RSCO.

Thank you all for the warm welcome to the forum! :)

Have been interesting to follow the other threads in the forum (even though my german could be better) :) , games and tournaments; and of course also to start testplay with the Resurrection Fruit´05-module! The meeting with the Risc 1MB is finished and have started a new 20-game match against the Genius 68030; standing is for the moment 2.5 - 0.5 in favor of Res Fruit.
