Saitek PRISMA Reihe 4 geht nicht
 

Hallo habe einen Saitek PRISMA Schachcomputer Kasparov Geschossen....
Nun habe ich feststellen müssen dass leider die komplette Reihe 4 auf dem Schachbrett nicht funktioniert.....
Alle anderen Drucksensoren gehen außer Reihe 4.

Kann mir jemand helfen.... Reparatur Anleitung oder so was ....

Ausfall ganze Reihe spricht für ein Kontaktproblem der Zuleitung für diese Reihe.

Da sind im Gerät Flachbandkabel bzw. eher Folien, die den Kontakt parallel für alle Reihen herstellen. Hier mal dran wackeln oder besser vorsichtig rausziehen und neu reinstecken. Kann schon helfen.

Die mittlere Platine hat eine längliche Durchführung, da kommen die Leitungen des Spielfeldes als Folienkabel durch. Jede der Leitungen repräsentiert eine Reihe bzw. eine Linie. Das ganze ergibt dann eine Matrix. Die CPU fragt nacheinander die Leitungen ab und wenn man eines der 64 Felder drückt, dann ergibt genau eine Kombination der Leitungen Durchgang.

Fällt jetzt eine Leitung aus, funktionieren auf einen Schlag 8 Felder einer Reihe bzw. einer Linie nicht mehr. Deshalb bin ich so sicher, dass der Fehler dort zu suchen ist. Es kann im Prinzip auch noch ein Stück weiter in der Leiterbahnführung auf der Platine Richtung CPU ein Problem wie kalte Lötstelle o.ä. geben, aber die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines mechanischen Kontaktproblems am Foliensteck/klemm-Verbinder ist sehr viel größer.

Schau Dir an, wie das dort funktioniert. Ich habe zwar einen bauähnlichen Centurion da, mag ihn aber nicht extra deswegen öffnen. Ich denke es erschließt sich, wie das System gedacht ist. Vorsichtig demontieren, ev. Kontakte reinigen und wieder zusammenstecken. Schauen obs hilft.

Hello,

You can reinforce the conductive tracks with electrically conductive paint, but be careful not to use alcohol, as the tracks will be dissolve instantly and needed to be completely redone.
After that, as Andreas said, check all (cold) solder joints.
The worst-case scenario is the failure of the microcontroller's input/output port, which probably has no solution.

Also ich habe das Flachband Kabel gelöst und alle sichtbare Kontakte gereinigt....

Leider ohne Erfolg alle Reihen gehen bis auf Reihe 4.... 😢

Bei den Lötstellen habe ich auch keine Fehler gesehen ....

Hello,

On the photo n°3, under the conductive strip to the right of the transparent screw that clamps the 2 conductive strips, there are 9 horizontal tracks on the PCB.
The 6th track from the bottom joins track no. 4 (row 4?) on the conductor strip to the left of the transparent screw.
On the PCB, this track splits into 2 others tracks, of which the horizontal one on the right has a solder bridge up to a brown solder joint. This is probably where the problem lies.
Furthermore between track n°7 and n°8 , it seems that another bridge of solder exist.

For research, could you make a photo of the CPU label? (the big chip)
Then we can know if it's a 1:1 clone of Chess Champion 2150L, just with a faster CPU.

Es schaut auf den Fotos so aus, dass an dem Gerät schon gelötet wurde!

Vermutlich wurden 2 der Rand-LED getauscht. Dabei haben sich Leiterbahnen von der Platine gelöst und das wurde dann mit zusätzlichen Draht unterlegt und "drübergebraten".

Ich gehe da mit Mychess konform. Das ist vermutlich reparabel, wenn man mit Lupe hinschaut, vielleicht auch ein Messgerät zu Hilfe nimmt, und weiß was man tut. (und nicht durch einen Kurzschluss möglicherweise die CPU schon Schaden genommen hat).
