I find it interesting, that in the 6th game the Debut M did not play 47...Lxf3 (at least he would get the a-pawn); did he know, that the resulting pawn-endgame would be lost?

Hi, I do agree with You that it seems like there is some basic knowledge about pawn endings presents in Debut. Looks like 25 ...b6 was a fatal mistake in this game: 25 ...Qxd4+ must be the only chance - loosing e6 pawn but seeking draw in rook ending after exchanging B for N

Es kommt auf absolut genaues Spiel an, je nachdem wie Schwarz reagiert, muss der richtige Bauer bewegt werden, damit über die Diagonale im Moment der Umwandlung entweder dem schwarzen König Schach gedroht oder das potentielle Umwandlungsfeld des schwarzen Bauern kontrolliert wird.
