They do make very good eboards, I have two different ones.
I’m really looking forward to their robotic board named the Chessnut Move.

Sie stellen wirklich sehr gute E-Boards her, ich habe zwei verschiedene.
Ich freue mich sehr auf ihr Roboterboard namens Chessnut Move.

So, mittlerweile ist auch Go auch bei mir in Spanien eingetroffen. Optisch gibt es nix zu bemängeln (sofern man Plastik toleriert:p), ist auch alles kompakt und gut verarbeitet und mit passender Tasche komfortabel zu transportieren.
Ich musste auch gleich feststellen, dass es relativ sensibel gegenüber elektromagnetischen Störungen ist: Ich hatte es auf mein eingeklapptes Surface-Notebook gelegt, da ging dann nix...

Was auch schade ist: Im Freien mit Sonne ist es quasi nicht nutzbar, auch im spanischen Schatten macht es wenig Spaß. Man erkennt leider die grünen LEDs nur schemenhaft.

Ansonsten ist es deckungsgleich zu den anderen Chessnut-Produkten, hat auch Bugs geerbt, auf die ich jetzt nicht eingehen werde.

Vielleicht noch als Tipp: Wenn das Brett spinnt, dann empfiehlt sich nicht nur ein Reset per Stecknadel, sondern vor allem eine erneute Installation der App.

I agree that the green LED's aren't very bright, but as I never play chess outside then that personally doesn't worry me.

I have no idea what problems the Chessnut app has as I have always used the Chess Dojo app which has worked perfectly since I received the board.

I didn’t buy it for outdoor use either. I already knew about the issues from a review. And honestly, it’s clear that even expensive smartphones don’t perform well in direct sunlight, so I can’t expect that from a cheap eBoard. I was only interested in a small and portable eBoard..
