Ok Sascha, dann muß ich das wohl so zur Kenntnis nehmen - verstehen tu ich's trotzdem nicht! :(

Ein Klick ist ein Klick - wie der nun vom OS zum MESS-Programm 'verlorengeht', also erst der nächste tatsächlich wirkt, kann ich mir beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen.
Wie und was da aber auf dem Tablett genau passiert (ist das auch schon im MESS-Programm so, also z.B. wenn man irgendwelche Optionen anklickt, oder betrifft es nur das Brett bei den Schachmodulen), das könnte ich nur herausfinden wenn ich so ein Gerät in Händen hätte und selbst herumexperimentieren könnte.

Hi,

das Problem ist das Win10 bei Klicks auf den Touchscreen nur einen kurzen Impuls zurückgibt, den Mess nicht immer erkennt. Franz empfiehlt ja ohnehin die linke Maustaste etwas länger zu halten, damit die EMU den Klick sauber mitbekommt, das geht mit Touchsreen leider so nicht. Aber es gibt Abhilfe :)

Der Treiber Touchmousepointer emuliert ein vollständiges Touchpad mit 2 Maustasten auf dem Bildschirm und verhält sich wie ein echtes Pad, also auch Länge der Tastendrücke etc. werden korrekt übersetzt. Damit hat man einen echten Mauszeiger mit dem man die Mess-EMU Menüs und das Brett auch auf kleinen Displays gut steuern kann. Man bekommt den kostenlosen Treiber hier:

Ich habe aber bei meinem Dell 8-Zoll-Tab mit Atom CPU, Win10 32 Bit und 1GB RAM folgendes Problem mit der aktuellen CB-Fidelity-EMU festgestellt:
Nach Start einer EMU bliebt er immer beim Laden des ROM hängen, Mausklicks oder ENTER auf der virtuellen Tastatur helfen nicht. Erst ein Hardreset im Option-Menü läßt alle EMUs korrekt starten, danach gibt es keine Probs...

Ich habe auf einem 3D-Board-Display gearbeitet, um mir etwas auf meinem Urlaub machen, während es regnete und regnete und regnete.

I am having trouble changing the 'chessboard sensors' to correspond with my new 3D board.
Obviously the original board sensors won't match up to their new location but when I change the 'x' and 'y' values all the graphics (board and pieces) disappear.
If you look at my diagram below, I have highlighted in red the area where I can click on to move my King and above that the highlighted blue area is where I can click into to move the Pawn. The highlighted LAY file is obviously the 8th rank pieces.
Could you please advise where I am going wrong.

Well, what have you entered for x and y?
The graphics disappears (i.e. is reset to the default internal layout), if anything in the layout file is wrong, e.g. if you enter unknown commands or illegal values.
So post the line(s) where you've changed the x and y values (or anything else).

I have deleted all the 'chessboard sensors' data and started rebuilding it from the 1st rank upwards.

Hi all, sorry if it was previousely answered somewere. My question is: are emulations speed 1 : 1 to original devices? Seems to be interesting to test Debut-M against different (not only Excalibur GM) close-rated opponents.

Yes, everything is 100% correct ... only the Fidelity V11 Emulation is ca. 20% slower than the original.
