wenn das Thema hier nicht herpassen sollte, möchte ich um Entschuldigung und Löschung bitten. Das Problem ist nur, dass der DGT Support auf Fragen spät und mit Standart Antworten reagiert, und, so scheint es, kaum Interesse hat, wirklich zu helfen.
Mein Brett ist 2 Jahre und 3 Monate alt, hat die BT Kennung 23476 und funktioniert! Ich kann Pico Chess damit verwenden, und auch über BT und die Chess for Android App spielen.
Leider will mein Notebook - 1 Jahr alt und hochwertig - mit Windows 10 seit 3 Wochen nicht mehr mit dem Brett kommunizieren. Die Rabbit Plug Software zeigt keinerlei Com Ports an, und auch die BT Verbindung wird nicht angeboten, obwohl das Brett in den Systemeinstellungen unter Bluetooth erkennbar mit dem Notebook verbunden ist, und in Live Chess auch angezeigt wird.
Ich verwende das ganze seit 1 Jahr mit dem Notebook und hatte bisher nie Probleme. Vor 3 Wochen hatte ich dann für einige Tage unterschiedliche externe Festplatten an anderen Com Ports, und seit dem versagt einzig und alleine die DGT Software den Dienst. Alle anderen Geräte lassen sich nach wie vor verbinden.
DGT schrieb ich eine detaillierte Fehlerbeschreibung, auf die man allerdings nicht eingehen will:

The Problem is the Rabitt Com Connection. As you can see in the monitor Print, it simply offers me no com Ports.
I did all steps, from 1 – 5 of your mail (hier ging es lediglich um die Löschung und Neuinstallation der Treiber) , but nothing changed. Here follows a more detailed explanation:
I wrote to you some days ago, and had some additional trys to make things work over the weekend, and want to share them with you, because to my mind no it´s clear now, where the problem should be.

1. The board is o.k. I tested it yesterday with the Chess for Android App via Bluetooth and played several Games. The Board has a DGT 23476 Number
2. The board also connects to Windows 10 via Bluetooth without any Problem
3. The board is shown in the DGT Live Chess Programm with it´s Bluetooh Number and the DGT Live Programm also shows 3 Com Ports on my notebook: 3, 6 and 7
4. The Problem starts with the Rabbit Interface (i attached a Monitor Print to this mail). It dont matter if I start Rabbit Connect, or a Chessbase Software like Fritz Fritz 16, 17 or FF2 or even Chessbase. Normaly I can choose between several com Ports, but now the Interface shows no Com Port, only the Stop Function witch I have no idea about.
5. The Rabbit Interface showed never a bluetooth connection, witch I remember worked well with and older version, but I was no Problem for me, because I alwayse used the USB Connection in the last Year thinking, “Never change a running system”.
6. I deinstalled and reinstalled the DGT Software, but nothing changed.
7. I use an Asus Notebook from 2020 with Windows 10 for all this.
8. There was a Problem with the installation of the FTDI CDM Driver as shown at the last monitor Print. I don’t know if it´s important.
