The first model has a foil keybord at the right side, like your MAME layout. Later they made a change in the housing and built in real keys, see wiki for pictures - but in the wiki both models are version II (wrong picture for version one). Fidelity put a sticker "MSC II" on the packaging that still shows the old housing.

The one from Achim is the so-called "Mini Sensory II" with a 8049 MCU(who invented that II title? it's not Fidelity:P).
I also wrote a driver for the Z8 MCU version. The CAC module works ok for that, but since the Z8 internal rom isn't dumped, the default program obviously doesn't work yet.
