Just my personal opinion:

Mephisto Milano = its good and not very hard to operate, many playing levels; in a word -> universal machine. Always could be found to buy.

Saitek Simultano C = also good to operate and maybe easier than Milano, but what I like very much comparing to other chess computers is a playing STYLE - if a chess player would like to learn how to play positionally nice & clean, he must learn from this device; from the other side it doesnt play agressive, so a pupil have time to prepare his ingame counter-plans and release them.
