You got me very happy and excited for a moment there. But, unfortunately when you look at it closer, it seems to be performance based again, collecting all games played and rating the performance ELO's with opponents ELO's. Unless I am missing something when looking at the Website?

Right, at the moment it is performance based.
You could make a suggestion, if it would be possible to create a tool that is not based on performance but according to your needs.
Why not asking for such a new tool ?
What do you (they) think about it ?
