Correct, but the issue with CC7 is it lacks a 30s/m level. Choice is level 2 (15s/m) or 3 (1m20s/m); thus active chess must be played at 15s/m.
It is fair enough to consider this a weakness, but in a balanced comparison at 15s/m (both CC7 and CC10 set to level 2) the CC7 is stronger.
