Hi,
best is: use the v11 menu option:configuration and make sure you choose 166Mhz (real speed). Then, again in the menu option, set Frameskip to 10; and check: Show FPS.
Use the v11 a couple of minutes and make sure the FPS displays: skip 10/10 100% (tiny variations may occur).
You may now uncheck the Show FPS setting.

If less than 100% was displayed, this means your host PC is not powerful enough, and you cannot consider 2337 as the actual CElo you get from the V11 emulation.

Should you need to reduce the emulator speed to 72Mhz in order to get stabilized performance (using the same control process as above), an order of magnitude for the CElo is 2265 (considering an average 60 Elo loss per /2 division).
