I had my Phoenix just about 2-3 weeks before I got some problems. Everything was working fine in the beginning but then my problems was that the screen for play native chess computers freezes. No response whatsoever I tried and even tried Reset (many times) as it was explained in the manual. When I choose to play Retro chess everything works fine. When tried Reset I could read just below Mephisto Phoenix V4.00D
FailSafe Mode.
Sent it back from Sweden to Millennium 2 weeks ago and it just arrived there yesterday. A bit sad because I don’t know how long to be without the computer now…

Hello Janptr,
that's really bad luck. I hope it won't take too long until you get your device back. I really enjoy the Mephisto Phoenix and I hope there will be many new features, UCI Engins and retro chess computers in the future.
